01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and n333 ("n333", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform available at https://n333.im and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions.

02 Eligibility

By creating an account on n333, you represent and warrant that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of n333, or any of its affiliated or partner companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from n333 or any other n333-affiliated platform.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

n333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified in our request will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on n333. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. This information is used for identity verification, KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, and to ensure the safe and secure operation of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. n333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify n333's support team immediately via live chat or email.

n333 may require you to complete a full KYC verification process before processing your first withdrawal, or at any point during your account lifecycle at our reasonable discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a utility bill, bank statement, or other official document no older than three months for proof of address.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

n333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are maintained in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions, and n333 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for deposits exceeding certain thresholds.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 0–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to fund the player's account, or to a verified bank account held in the player's own name. • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and free spin winnings unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited without compensation.

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or the deliberate exploitation of a software error — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds are subject to maximum win caps where specified. Any winnings derived from bonus play that exceed the stated cap will be removed from the player's account at the time of withdrawal processing.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on n333 — including live casino titles, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the individual game or market in addition to these Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game's information panel in the n333 game lobby.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the n333 platform.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using any software, bot, script, spider, or automated tool to interact with the n333 platform in any way not sanctioned by n333.

• Attempting to launder money or use the n333 platform as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain and failing to report such issues to n333 promptly.
• Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the n333 platform or its proprietary content.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language towards n333 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the n333 platform — including but not limited to the n333 name, logo, website design, software, code, game interfaces, graphics, text, databases, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to n333. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any n333 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n333 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the n333 platform without prior written consent from n333.

10 Privacy & Data

n333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account on n333, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

n333 may be required to share player data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally obligated to do so. n333 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n333 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the n333 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

n333 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. n333 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain categories of damage, n333's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. In no event shall n333's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your n333 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

You may close your n333 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

n333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) n333 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with your account; (c) you are found to be under the age of 21; or (d) continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to n333.

Where an account is closed by n333 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, n333 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including real-money funds, as permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed by n333 for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any confirmed real-money balance will be returned to the player in full.

13 Amendments to These Terms

n333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, n333 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the n333 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
